Night to Shine 2024 Volunteers:

This is such an amazing event for our Special Needs Community but also for those who give up their time to serve at it as well. This is a huge event, and we couldn’t pull it off without many, many volunteers, & Sponsors especially since we are back to an In-Person Event!

If you would like to Serve, check out the Many Positions & Descriptions of the Positions that we have available below! If you go to fill out the registration & the area you wanted to serve in isn’t available, that means the group is full. So please, feel free to choose another area to serve in, we will need all the help we can get!

I’ve Registered as a Volunteer… Now what?

  1. Complete your background Check if you are over 18. Just go to http://background.hrtrucheck.com/ From there you will enter the access code: FCMVol and click on “New User” and complete. It will cost $10 (you will need to complete the background check & pay for it as well) If you volunteered at NTS 2023 your background check is still valid so you will NOT need to complete a new one this year. (They have to be renewed every 2 years)

  2. Watch our Mandatory NTS Training Video (in place of our in person training) NTS Training Video

  3.  We have NTS Prep days in February if you would like to help!
